Happy parent, happy child
Hi! I’m Natalia Wiatr.
I help parents find emotional balance so they can be at their best when their kids need them the most.
In a rush of a parent's life, we tend to take care of everyone around us and forget about ourselves. As a result, we end up feeling tired, overwhelmed, and snapping on our close ones.
I've set for myself a goal to help 100 parents in 3 months, starting Feb 1.
Poland is snowed under. 🌨 I personally hate the cold 🥶, but I love the view. I also love the fact that kids can play outside (provided it’s not too cold).
Dubbing weekdays part 2 😉
With my anxiety and sensitivity, I sometimes struggle to take the plunge and decide on big goals. (I need some cheering right now 😅).
Most people don't really like Mondays. Thing is, if you strat a day feeling it's going to be bad, it will most likely be. Not becasue more unpleasant things will happen, but because you will focus on these unpleasant events and undermine all those good things that may happen. Because for our mind it is more important to be right that to be happy.
For those who don't know me yet.
Who is it that you care about most in your life?
It's finally here! The challenge I've been preparing for some time now (I'm so excited!) 🎊🎉🎉
It warms my heart to see that people enjoy my content. Today I reached 700 followers! This is surely an occasion to celebrate. Thank you, everyone! 700 hugs to each and every one of you!
Another week passes. For me, it was a difficult one. Full of so many emotions.
How to build a mindfulness routine?
How to break the cycle of anger?
When my clients come to me, they're usually overwhelemed and feeling helpless. When we chat about various areas of their lives, they realize how much they actually do. When you break down some everyday activities, you can see, how much energy, skills, and time-management they need. You realize that to do it all, you need to be a pro. You need to be an awesome mom (or dad).
Who do you love most? The majority of us will answer without hesitation: my kids, my spouse, my parents, etc.
