I have a story to tell.
In a rush of a parent's life, we tend to take care of everyone around us and forget about ourselves. As a result, we end up feeling tired, overwhelmed, and snapping on our close ones.
I've set for myself a goal to help 100 parents in 3 months, starting Feb 1.
Poland is snowed under. 🌨 I personally hate the cold 🥶, but I love the view. I also love the fact that kids can play outside (provided it’s not too cold).

With my anxiety and sensitivity, I sometimes struggle to take the plunge and decide on big goals. (I need some cheering right now 😅).
Most people don't really like Mondays. Thing is, if you strat a day feeling it's going to be bad, it will most likely be. Not becasue more unpleasant things will happen, but because you will focus on these unpleasant events and undermine all those good things that may happen. Because for our mind it is more important to be right that to be happy.

When you break down some everyday activities, you can see, how much energy, skills, and time-management they need. You realize that to do it all, you need to be a pro.
